T\u00e4ss\u00e4 artikkelissa kerrotaan, miten dieselmoottoreiden nykyaikainen ruiskutusj\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4 toimii ja mit\u00e4 etuja sill\u00e4 on.<\/p>\n<h2>Mit\u00e4 Common rail tarkoittaa dieseliss\u00e4?<\/h2>\n<p>Sanan &#8221;common rail&#8221; kirjaimellinen k\u00e4\u00e4nn\u00f6s on &#8221;yhteinen kisko&#8221;. Dieseliss\u00e4 t\u00e4m\u00e4 kisko on jakoputki. Kaikki <a href=\"\/tuotteet\/ruiskutussuuttimet-11817\/\">ruiskutussuuttimet<\/a>, niin sanotut injektorit, on liitetty <a href=\"\/tuotteet\/ruiskutuspumput-11815\/\">ruiskutuspumppuun<\/a> ja toisiinsa t\u00e4m\u00e4n putken kautta. Vapaa k\u00e4\u00e4nn\u00f6s dieselmoottorin osalta olisi siis periaatteessa &#8221;yhteinen jakeluputki&#8221;.<\/p>\n<h2>Miten t\u00e4m\u00e4 j\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4 toimii?<\/h2>\n<p>Dieselmoottorin Common rail -ruiskutusj\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4 koostuu useista kokonaisuuksista ja komponenteista. Polttoaines\u00e4ili\u00f6ss\u00e4 oleva matalapaineinen polttoainepumppu pumppaa dieselin <a href=\"\/tuotteet\/polttoainesuodattimet-10103\/\">polttoainesuodattimen<\/a> kautta moottorissa olevaan korkeapainepumppuun. Polttoaineen annosteluventtiili s\u00e4\u00e4t\u00e4\u00e4 korkeapainepumppuun sy\u00f6tett\u00e4v\u00e4n polttoaineen m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4n tarpeen mukaan.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e4ss\u00e4 ruiskutusj\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4ss\u00e4 korkeapainepumppu on yleens\u00e4 kytketty moottoriin. Pumpun suorituskyky on suunniteltu siten, ett\u00e4 polttoainetta on aina riitt\u00e4v\u00e4sti ja riitt\u00e4v\u00e4n korkeassa paineessa moottorin toimintatilasta riippumatta. Korkeapainepumppu tuottaa jopa 3 000 baarin paineen jakoputkessa. Paine on sama koko j\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4ss\u00e4. Painetta ohjataan moottorin ohjausyksikk\u00f6\u00f6n liitetyll\u00e4 paineanturilla. Tarvittaessa paineenrajoitin vapauttaa jakoputken ja sy\u00f6tt\u00e4\u00e4 ylim\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4isen polttoaineen takaisin s\u00e4ili\u00f6\u00f6n.<\/p>\n<p>Jakoputki toimii paineakkuina ja polttoaines\u00e4ili\u00f6n\u00e4 ruiskutuksen aikana. N\u00e4in korkeapainepumpun aiheuttamat painevaihtelut j\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4ss\u00e4 voidaan tasata. Common rail -ruiskutusj\u00e4rjestelmi\u00e4 kutsutaan siksi my\u00f6s akkuruiskutukseksi.<\/p>\n<p>Moottorin ohjausyksikk\u00f6 ohjaa ruiskutussuuttimia, jotka ruiskuttavat polttoaineen sylintereihin. Common rail -dieseliss\u00e4 sek\u00e4 ruiskutusm\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4\u00e4 ett\u00e4 ruiskutusajoitusta voidaan ohjata elektroniikan avulla erikseen kullekin sylinterille. Koska aluksi ruiskutettavan polttoaineen m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4 on suhteellisen pieni, palaminen Common rail -dieselmoottorissa on tasaisempaa. Dieselmoottorille tyypillinen naulaaminen v\u00e4henee ja moottori rasittuu v\u00e4hemm\u00e4n. Common rail -diesel toimii paljon tasaisemmin kuin muut dieselmoottorit.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e4m\u00e4n j\u00e4lkeinen p\u00e4\u00e4ruiskutus voidaan my\u00f6s jakaa kahteen vaiheeseen. Common rail -dieselmoottorissa n\u00e4it\u00e4 ruiskutusvaiheita voidaan ohjata erikseen kullekin sylinterille moottorin k\u00e4ytt\u00f6tilanteen mukaan.<\/p>\n<h2>Mitk\u00e4 ovat Common rail -dieselin edut?<\/h2>\n<p>Common rail -diesel tarjoaa useita etuja verrattuna muihin ruiskutusj\u00e4rjestelmiin, kuten pumppusuutinj\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4\u00e4n tai vanhoihin esikammiodieseleihin. T\u00e4m\u00e4n j\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4n etuja ovat:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>pienempi polttoaineenkulutus korkean hy\u00f6tysuhteen ansiosta<\/li>\n<li>suhteellisen ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6yst\u00e4v\u00e4llinen v\u00e4h\u00e4isten ep\u00e4puhtausp\u00e4\u00e4st\u00f6jen ansiosta<\/li>\n<li>hiljainen toiminta, moottorin tasainen k\u00e4ynti<\/li>\n<li>suuri v\u00e4\u00e4nt\u00f6momentti ja suuri teho<\/li>\n<li>hiukkassuodattimien helppo puhdistettavuus j\u00e4lki-istutuksen ansiosta<\/li>\n<li>alhaisemmat j\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4kustannukset 6- ja 8-sylinterisiss\u00e4 dieselmoottoreissa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Rakenteensa vuoksi Common rail -dieselin ruiskutus on edullisempi tietyst\u00e4 sylinterim\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4st\u00e4 alkaen kuin esimerkiksi pumppusuutinruiskutus. Pumppusuutinruiskutuksessa jokaisella ruiskutussuuttimella on oma pumppunsa, jota ohjataan nokka-akselista erill\u00e4\u00e4n. Siin\u00e4 on my\u00f6s muutamia haittoja. T\u00e4m\u00e4n j\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4n t\u00e4rkeimm\u00e4t haitat ovat:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>vaadittava korkea polttoaineen laatu<\/li>\n<li>suuttimet ovat herkki\u00e4 ep\u00e4puhtauksille<\/li>\n<li>korjaukset ovat aikaa vievi\u00e4 ja kalliita<\/li>\n<li>polttoainesuodattimet on vaihdettava useammin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Common rail -dieseliss\u00e4 huomaat heti, jos polttoaine ei ole moottorin vaatimaa laatua. Moottori k\u00e4y ep\u00e4tasaisesti ja suorituskyky laskee. Yksi suurimmista heikkouksista on kuitenkin ruiskutussuuttimien herkkyys ep\u00e4puhtauksille. Siksi on t\u00e4rke\u00e4\u00e4 vaihtaa polttoainesuodatin s\u00e4\u00e4nn\u00f6llisesti common rail -dieseliin valmistajan ohjeiden mukaisesti.
